How to Unblock Names on Outlook Express

Remove a sender from your filtered email list.

Microsoft Outlook Express is an email client installed on older Windows operating systems. The email client has the tools necessary to block unwanted email such as spam. If you incorrectly block a sender's address, you can also remove it from the blocked senders list. After the sender is removed, you receive email regularly from the email account. It also displays in your inbox without being filtered to the spam folder.

Instructions

1. Double-click the "Microsoft Outlook Express" icon on your desktop. After the client software completely loads, click the "Tools" menu item and choose "Message Rules."

2. Select "Block Senders List" from the list of options. This lists all the sender email addresses you block in Outlook.

3. Select the user's email you want to remove. Click the "Remove" button. This removes the block filters on the sender's email address so you now receive the email to your inbox.
