How to Remove a Redirect Virus
Computer viruses come in many different forms; some directly attack you system with the sole purpose of shutting it down, others steal vital information while others do something called “redirecting.” Redirecting viruses take control of your web browser and forces the web browser to specific web pages with the purpose of displaying advertising. This type of malicious software is extremely annoying. Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool can help you remove such a virus.
