Select the "Life/Accident and Health/Annuities/Var" subject option under the "Approved Courses by Providers" section of the "Provider and Course Listings" search page. Check "Pre-Licensing Only" and run a search. You must take a 20-hour Life Insurance course and a 20-hour Accident and Health Insurance course to qualify for the combined Life Insurance/Accident and Health Insurance exam. Find the numbers of course providers in the search results. Some providers offer only one of the courses. Some providers combine both insurance courses into a 40-hour course.

Go back to the search page and enter provider numbers in the "Approved Providers Listing" section. You can then find contact information for providers and choose an insurance course.
