How to Delete Anitvirus Masters
Antivirus Master (also known as AntivirusMaster) is a fake spyware removal program. It appears as a legitimate security program, secretly installs on your computer and runs fake, unauthorized scans. When the scans run, Antivirus Master claims your computer is infected with spyware to trick you into purchasing the full version of the fake software. Antivirus Master can also cause system problems and irritate you, so it is important to remove it completely.

Press "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Delete" together to launch the Task Manager. Click the "Processes" tab. Scroll down, click "avm.exe" and click "End Process." Close the Task Manager.

Click the Windows "Start" menu and click "Search." Select "All" and select the "C:" drive in the "Look in" box. Search for the following files:
avm.exe
AntivirusMaster.exe
AntivirusMaster.url
avm.cpl
avm.exe

Once you locate the Antivirus Masters files, right-click them and click "Delete."

Click the Windows "Start" menu. Type "regedit" (without quotes) in the "Start Search" box and click "Registry" to launch the Registry Editor.

Click the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" folder to expand it, and then expand the "SOFTWARE" folder. Right-click "AntivirusMaster" and click "Delete." Click the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" folder to expand it, expand the "SOFTWARE" folder, expand the "Microsoft" folder, expand the "Windows" folder, expand the "CurrentVersion" folder and expand the "Uninstall" folder. Right-click "AntivirusMaster" and click "Delete."

Close the registry and restart your computer.
