How to Get Voicemail From Comcast Digital

Comcast has a customer service section on their website specifically for helping with voice mail and troubleshooting questions such as no dial tone, not being able to receive calls, not being able to make calls or your phone ringing and no one there when you answer. Tips & Warnings
Some phone equipment is incompatible with Comcast Digital Voice Service, including Southwestern Bell telephones and telephone/call ID units AT&T 5830, Motorola MD700 Series and more. See the Resources section for further information.
Carefully read your phone bill each month to protect yourself against "cramming," or when telephone customers are charged for services they have never ordered or received. Look for unfamiliar names, companies and charges on your phone bill and call your carrier for explanation.
