How to Adjust Burton Bindings
Burton is a popular snowboard company with snowboard bindings used by many snowboarders. The bindings can be adjusted to fit many different styles of snowboard boots and it is important that your boots fit properly in your bindings so that nothing comes loose when riding.

Place your snowboard boot into the bindings and look at the toe ramp. It should be touching the boot as much as possible and should not be longer than the boot itself. To adjust an incorrectly set toe ramp, turn the snowboard over and unscrew the screws that hold the footbed in place. Grip the footbed and press the locking mechanism. This will pop the toe ramp out and allow you to slide it.

Screw the footbed back in place, then check the boot again to make sure the toe ramp is now in the proper position. Check the binding straps. The toe strap should fit should fit across your entire boot, and should hold the boot in place without slipping off. Check to make sure the ankle strap forms a 45 degree angle when strapped across the boot. If it does not, unscrew the screw that connects the ankle strap to the binding with the #2 screwdriver and adjust the strap.

Readjust the binding strap length by pulling the binding bolts and pull the strap in the strap slider. This will adjust either the toe strap or ankle strap.

Set your board stance by removing the channel locks from the board and inserting the channel hardware to slide the bindings back and forth, or to the side. Binding stance depends on personal preference.

Screw down the mounting bolts with the #3 screwdriver to secure the bindings in place. Set your highback by loosening the two screws attached to it with the #2 screwdriver, then swing it so that its center point is parallel to the side edge of the board near the binding location. Once your highback is set tighten the two screws again. Repeat this process for the other highback.
