How to Set Up a Proxy Connection
A proxy connection allows your browser to use a network server for its Internet connection. The proxy connection is made in your web browser's configuration settings. You set the browser's proxy server, and the browser automatically makes the connection with the proxy server. The proxy server is a network computer that allows other users to connect and use its Internet service. This allows network administrators to control website users' access from the internal network.
