One way to get the most out your graphics card is to keep it update with the latest drivers. These drivers are typically provided by the manufactures of the graphics card on there website. Updating a graphics card online is very fast, simple and easy.

Locate the graphics card manufacture and model number. You can find this information typically in the user manual or on the graphics card installation CD.

Open up your web browser.

Type in the manufacturer's web address. Click onto their "Support and Driver" page. Fill in the necessary information about your graphics card in order to get the right updates for your drive.

Download the latest version of the graphics card drive. Sometimes the drives are installed automatically after they are download; if not, open up your download folder and double-click onto the file in order to update your drive.

Having the right model number is important. If you install just any update from the manufacturer's web site, it will not update your graphics card.
Any changes made to the computer typically won't take effect until the computer has been restarted.
Back up any files and setup a system restore point before installing any updates. Some updates may not be compatible with other programs on your system including your Operating System which can cause the system to crash or applications to run improperly.
