How to Reseed uTorrent
The term "reseed" means to begin uploading a torrent you've already downloaded so that other people can continue to download the file as well. Many torrent websites, such as Demonoid, keep track of how much you've uploaded files to others as opposed to how much you've downloaded. Users who have uploaded much more than they've downloaded get access to faster rates. This is one reason to reseed on a torrent with the uTorrent program.

Double-click one of the .torrent files you find in there for a file you've already downloaded and double-click on it. For example, if you used a particular .torrent file to completely download a movie, then you can double-click on the .torrent file for it to automatically load uTorrent and begin "seeding" the file for others to download.
