How to Check the Hotmail Blacklist
Hotmail makes it easy to blacklist email and domain addresses. To block senders from sending you email, you must sign in to your Hotmail account and follow a series of links. The process is reasonably easy and only requires basic computer and email knowledge. Once you've added email and domain addresses to the list, you can check it whenever needed--adding and removing senders as you like. While the list is not referred to as a "blacklist," it functions as one nonetheless--any sender added to the list will be blacklisted from sending you email until you remove him or her from the list.
