How to Repair White Vinyl

- Dish-washing soap
- Utility knife
- White vinyl siding
- White weather-resistant, vinyl-repair tape
- White vinyl flooring
- Glue
- Rolling pin
- White vinyl sealant
- White vinyl-repair compound

Repair White Vinyl Siding

Clean the repair area with dish-washing soap and water to remove dirt and oil.

Cut a piece of white vinyl siding to fit the size of the hole in your vinyl siding.

Affix the repair piece with white weather-resistant, vinyl-repair tape. Smooth the tape with a utility knife.
Repair White Vinyl Flooring

Clean the repair area with dish-washing soap and water to remove dirt and grease.

Place a piece of white vinyl flooring over the hole in your floor and cut both layers simultaneously with a utility knife to form an exact match.

Spread glue in the hole then adhere the white vinyl patch in place. Use a rolling pin to press it firmly to the glue.

Seal the seams around the vinyl patch with vinyl sealant.
Repair White Vinyl Faux Leather

Wipe the damaged area with a wet cloth to remove debris.

Spread white vinyl-repair compound over the damaged area, extending 1/2 inch beyond it to blend with the surrounding vinyl. Wet the tip of your finger to smooth out the wet vinyl-repair compound.

Let dry for 10 minutes and repeat until the repair blends into the surrounding white vinyl.

Tips & Warnings
Outdoor-vinyl repair is best done in warm weather, as vinyl becomes brittle at freezing temperatures.
