How to Hook Up a Zenith Converter Box

The Zenith DTT900 DTV Tuner Converter Box is designed to enable your analog TV to pick up a digital signal as all major analog stations have switched over to digital as of 2009. Hooking up the Zenith to your television set is a quick process, if not a little bit limited, as the converter box only features composite and RF video outputs. Setup simply requires that you have the correct cables to connect your TV to your Zenith.

Things You'll Need

• RF cable or composite cable
• Antenna cable
• Patch cable

Instructions

Zenith Installation

1. Insert your RF cable into the RF jack located on the back of the Zenith and then insert the other end into the TV jack. If you have a composite cable, insert the red, yellow and white plugs into the corresponding jacks on your television, and then insert the other end into the composite jack located on the back of your Zenith.

2. Insert your antenna cable into the "From Antenna" jack located on the back of the Zenith.

3. Take the patch cable feeding out of your Zenith and insert it into the "TV Input" jack on the back of your television.

4. Turn your television to the corresponding input channel that you plugged the patch cable into to watch TV.
