How to Delete Windows Live Toolbar
The Windows Live toolbar is the toolbar offered by Microsoft to Windows users. It grants you access to the Windows Live search from anywhere on the Internet because it is placed directly on your Web browser. Sometimes the Windows Live toolbar can be added to your Web browser by a third-party application. Luckily, you can delete the Windows Live toolbar if you no longer want it.

Click the "Start" button. Click "My Computer."

Click "Control Panel." Click "Add or Remove" programs.

Locate the Windows Live toolbar from the list of programs on your computer. Click the "Remove" button to delete the toolbar from your computer.

Tips & Warnings
If you simply want to modify the Windows Live toolbar, click on the "Change" button instead of the "Remove" button.
Do not interrupt the uninstallation process because the files could become damaged if you do, making them more difficult to remove later.
