How to Apply for U.S. Citizenship After Citizenship Being Denied
If the government denies your application for citizenship, your notice of denial will explain why and whether you have a right to appeal it. The Administrative Appeals Office and the Board of Immigration Appeals handle citizenship appeals. The officer who originally denied your application will review it again. If the officer still feels that your application denial is correct, he will forward your case to the AAO or BIA for further review.
