How to Print an Outlook Express Address Book
Many computer users save their contact information in the Outlook Express address book. One way to prevent the loss of your contacts information is to regularly print your address book. Having this documentation on hand is helpful if your system should crash or your address book information is deleted.

Open up your address book. Once you open Outlook Express, click the "Tools" option on the top menu. Select "Address Book" from the drop-down menu.

Highlight each contact that you want to print. To highlight multiple names, hold the "Ctrl" key down when clicking on each contact. To select a block of names, highlight the first name in the block. Hold the "Shift" key down and click on the last name in the block.

Click the print button on the top menu. The print dialogue box opens. Select the print style you want to use. You can print all the contact information by selecting "Memo." You can print all business-related contact information by clicking "Business Card" and you can print a list of phone numbers by clicking "Phone List."

Click the "Properties" button in the print dialog box. Select the size and orientation of your address book. Once you have all the print properties completed, select the option to print.

Tips & Warnings
If you are printing your address book to act as a backup, you can also export your address book to a separate file and save it to a flash drive. This option is available under the "File" menu on the toolbar.
