Go to the AlertPay, PayPal or Moneybooker website and click on "Sign Up." Enter your name, contact address and other details. You will also be asked to provide your credit or bank account details. Because you want to use your AMEX card, select the appropriate option and enter your card number and expiration date.

Log in to your account by entering your username and password on the website.

Click "Send Money".

Provide your payment details, including the recipient's email address and the amount to be sent, and click "Next."

Review the information you've entered and click "Continue" to proceed.

Select the method of payment. You will have to check the "Use my credit card" box. Then, select your AMEX card.
