How to Send Flowers to a Boyfriend
Flowers aren't just for girls anymore. There's no reason why you can't surprise your boyfriend with flowers on his first day at a new job, a holiday or for no reason at all. Flowers delivered to him at work or one of his favorite haunts are sure to bring a smile to his face. If you can have the delivery done in front of his buddies he'll appreciate the gesture even more. His buddies will be jealous, and that will make your boyfriend feel even more special.

1
Connect to the Internet and start searching for "floral delivery companies." For personalized service, search for a small flower shop in the city where your boyfriend lives or you can search for national floral delivery companies such as Teleflora, Floral Delivery, or FTD. Browse the sites to find an arrangement you think he would enjoy. Flowers have different meanings in different cultures so make sure the flowers convey what you're trying to say.

2
Select a company that has what you want to send. Call and ask about specials, delivery options and charges, how long the flowers will last and if they could replace the vase with a mug your boyfriend can use after the flowers die. Place your order. Most flower shops are willing to personalize your arrangement by adding balloons, a T-shirt, book, stuffed animal or changing the vase to something he can use after the flowers are gone.

Give the order taker the information you want on the card. Ask him to read the message back to you and to spell names to ensure accuracy. Give him your credit card information and ask him to read that back to you, too. Get a confirmation on the delivery date.

Things like sending flowers add so much to your relationship. Wait to hear from your boyfriend about how much he loves you and appreciates the flowers. Ask him how the flowers look and if they're fresh. Make sure the flowers last as long as they should. If they are wilted or not what you ordered, call the company back and give them an opportunity to make it right.
