Remove the plastic cover from the access hole on the side of the glass craft block. Insert a small strand of LED lights inside the glass craft box. Extend the electrical cord through the access hole.

3
Cut a section of thin fabric to fit around the glass craft block. Place the section of fabric face up on a flat work table. Place the front side of the glass block face down on top of the fabric. Slide the edge of the block with the electrical cord to within 2 inches of the edge of the fabric.

4
Cut a slit in the edge of the fabric to fit around the electrical cord. Tape the edge of the fabric to the edge of the glass craft block with double-sided tape.

5
Fold the fabric over the back side of the glass craft block to the taped edge. Cut a slit in the edge of the fabric to fit around the electrical cord. Tape the edge of the fabric to the edge of the glass block with double-sided tape.

6
Fold the open edges of fabric as if you were wrapping a gift. Tape the folded fabric to the edge of the glass craft block with double-sided tape.

Cut a 1-inch-wide strip of ribbon to fit around the edges of the glass block. Attach the ribbon to the edge of the block using double-sided tape. Begin and end the ribbon strand on each side of the electrical cord.

Stand the gift-wrapped glass block upright so that the electrical cord is on the bottom. Attach a large premade bow to the front of the package with double-sided tape. Plug in the electrical cord to illuminate the lighted gift box.

Tips & Warnings
Use battery-powered string lights to make tabletop centerpieces. You can also attach the fabric and ribbon with a hot glue gun in lieu of double-sided tape.
