As of July 2010, there are two eFax plans available. One cost $16.95 monthly plus a $10 setup fee. The other cost $19.95 per month with a $19.95 setup fee. During the sign up process you will be able to designate the email address with which you want to send and receive faxes.

Ensure that the email address that you designated in step 1 is set up in your Microsoft Office Outlook Express email program. If you don't have the account set up already, you can set it up by clicking on "Tools" and "Accounts." Select the "Mail" tab. Click the "Add" button. Enter all of the email settings for your email address to complete the set up of the email account.
