Logging in to each individual account to keep track of your email is definitely a lot more hassle than it's worth; rather than sacrificing your preferences just to keep things simple, you could download one of the various email managing software items available on today's market.

Instructions

  1. Windows Live Mail

    • 1

      Download and install Windows Live Mail (See Resources).

      Run the program and click on "Add email account."

    • 3

      Enter your email address and password, choose a display name and press "Next."

      Click on "Finish" and a settings box will appear; choose which folders you wish to display and click "Ok."

      Repeat this process for each account you want to add.

    Thunderbird

      Download and install Thunderbird (See Resources).

      Run the program, click on "File" then select "New - Mail Account."

      Insert your name, email address and password; then select "Continue."

      Wait for the program to configure your settings; then press "Create Account."

      Repeat the process for each account you wish to add.

    POP Peeper

      Download and install POP Peeper (See Resources).

      Run the program, click on "Accounts" and select "Add."

      Select "Create Single Account" and press "Next."

      Enter your email address and press "Next."

      Choose an account name, select the server account and press "Next."

      Enter your password and press "Next" and then "Finish."

      Repeat the process for each account you wish to add. Click on "File" and select "Check Mail" to check new mail.
