Put the SD card into the card reader in your computer. Your computer will open an "Auto Play" window with a list of options. If your computer does not have a card reader, purchase a USB card reader from your favorite electronic or computer store. Plug the USB card reader into an open USB port and insert the SD card into the reader.

Open the folder or application that contains your music. Click on the music file and drag it into the open micro SD file window. A pop-up window will appear showing the status of the file transfer. Repeat this process until you have copied all of the songs you want onto the SD card. The songs will appear in the window once they have been copied.

Close the micro SD card window. Click the "Start" menu key followed by "My Computer" and right-click the "micro SD card removable storage" icon. Select "Eject" from the pop-up list.

Remove the micro SD card from your computer. Pull the card from the card reader and insert it into your portable music device or cell phone to listen to the music.
