Print photos from a slideshow on your computer.

Whether its your own photo slideshow or one you found on another website, you may come across a few pictures that you want to print for your own purposes. While you should always contact the photographer for permission to use his photos for any sort of project, simply printing the photographs from the slideshow for personal use or display is easy to do. The process of capturing the photo will differ depending on whether you use a PC or a Mac computer.

Instructions

  1. Windows

      Play the slideshow online or in whichever program you choose. Pause the slideshow when a photo appears that you want to print.

      Hold down the Control key and the "prnt scrn" key (top right of the keyboard) at the same time, which will take a screenshot of the photo and save it to your desktop. Open the screenshot and click the top corner of the photo, then drag to outline the photo exactly. Copy the photo with Control and the "C" key.

      Open an image editing program such as Paint and paste the photo into the window. Crop, edit and resize the photo as you like.

      Click "File" and then "Print." Be sure your printer is stocked with quality glossy photo paper and color ink.

      Play the slideshow online or in whichever program you choose. Pause the slideshow when a photo appears that you want to print.

      Hold down the Command key, the shift key and "3" at the same time, which will take a screenshot of the photo and save it to your desktop. Open the screenshot and click from the corner of the photo to the opposite corner, outlining the photo with a dashed line. Click Command and "C" to copy the photo.

      Open Paintbrush or an image editing program you are comfortable with and paste the photo into the window. Crop, edit and resize the photo as you like.

      Click "File" and then "Print." Be sure your printer is stocked with quality glossy photo paper and color ink.
