How to Transfer a Google Adsense Account
Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly transfer a Google Adsense account from one person to another. It is possible, however, to change the bank account number on any account, and it is also possible to change the payee name on any account. Though these steps are not as convenient as a direct transfer of ownership might be, they are two indirect changes that may address the reasons you had for wanting a transfer to begin with.

Change Your Bank Account

Changing your bank account in Adsense is a relatively simple process. Simply click on your "Account" tab.

Once you are in your account section, click "Payment Details."

Inside "Payment Details," click "Electronic Funds Transfer."

Now choose to add a new bank account. Simply type in your new bank account number. The change should be instantaneous.
Change Your Payee Name

Changing your payee name won't take many more steps than changing your bank account, but it will take more time. First, click again on your account tab.

In the account section, click "Account Settings."

Click the "Edit" button under the payee information section. You will not be able to edit the payee name immediately. Click the link "Contact us."

In the "Contact us" section, click the option "Want to change my payee name." A box will appear where you may write your new payee name. As confirmation of your identity, you will need to also provide the day that you first registered for Adsense and the number of impressions you registered that day.

Google will respond to your request after 48 hours, and, if you are approved, the name will change.

Tips & Warnings
Adsense will not permit users to change payee names very often. There is no specific limit to the amount of changes, but do not expect to be allowed to do this more than once.
