1
Paint the walls in an apple-inspired shade. Green, gold, pale yellow or apple red are fruitful choices.
-
2
Paint the ceiling in a cream color, which represents the inner core of the apple. A cream-colored ceiling is a good way to tone down a rich wall color.

3
Paint the cabinets a cream color as well. If you want an artistic look for your display of apple-themed accessories, remove the doors of the cabinet with a screwdriver and paint the inside of the cabinet. Depending on your preference, you could paint the inside of the cabinet a shade that contrasts with the wall color or a shade that is in the same family as the wall color. Display knickknacks related to the apple theme, such as a couple of ceramic apples, serving bowls or antique cookie jars inside the cabinet.

4
Create a wall border of apples with acrylic paints and a stencil. Opt for a wall border of apples in a contrasting color from the walls so they visually pop. For example, if you have painted the walls a light shade of green or gold, paint a wall border of red apples. A wall border around the room looks best situated just above the ceiling or on the middle of the walls to tie together the theme.

5
Make apple imprints on the wall with a real apple. Cut the apple in half and gently press it facedown into the paint. Avoid overloading it so you don't get blotchy areas on the wall. Blot off excess on a paper towel. Press the apple onto the wall to create an apple imprint. Make as many apple imprints as you desire.

6
Use acrylic paint and stencils to paint a miniature apple tree ripe with red or green apples on a wall. Paint apples beneath the apple tree so they look like they are ready to be picked. Or place a wall decal of an apple tree on the wall.
