Visit http://www.mp3.com and click on "Free music," or click in the "Search" field and type the name of the song or artist you are looking for.

If you are not using MP3.com, there may be multiple download buttons. Some allow the right-click and save option, some will not. If they do not allow for this, you may have to single click to get to the next page, which will allow the right-click and save option.
There are many MP3 download websites on the Internet. Ensure you are running a virus and spyware protection software, as some of these sites my add malicious malware to your computer. Find websites, like mp3.com, that have music for purchase as well as music for sale. These are going to be the safer, legitimate sites to download MP3s.
