How to Word Bachelorette Invitations

Bachelorette parties are a tradition as a part of weddings that allow the bride to have one last night as a single woman before her wedding. These parties can range from a mild dinner party to a raucous Las Vegas trip. When inviting friends to a bachelorette party, the invitations convey the theme and the purpose while still being light and fun.

Instructions

1. Include a cute saying or verse to lead the invitation. For example, if the bachelorette party is a night on the town, consider, "While Bride's Prince Charming is away/We are taking her out to play/Everything will be alright/For one last wild and crazy night."

2. List the bride's name and the date, time and location of the event. For example, Bride's Bachelorette Party, May 10, 7 p.m. to ??, Maid of Honor's House. Make sure to include directions for out-of-towners, or directionally challenged party-goers.

3. List the hosts of the event. Usually these are friends or relatives of the bride. Choose one to be the person for RSVPs. Include that person's phone number for people to RSVP. If required, list a RSVP by date.

   In other situations, encourage people by respond only if they are not attending by writing, "Regrets, call xxx-xxxx."
