How to Send Birthday Greetings by Email
Sending a birthday greeting card through email is often more convenient and less expensive than a traditional birthday card mailed through the post. Websites like Hallmark, Blue Mountain and American Greetings let you send e-cards through email. Some e-cards are free, while others need to be purchased.
