How to Add a URL to MSN
Adding your website's URL to the MSN search listings can help your site gain significant exposure in the large community of MSN sites. MSN currently uses the Bing search engine, which was formerly called Windows Live Search and MSN Search. If you have a website that you want to add to MSN, you can do so by submitting it to Bing.

Check to see if your URL already appears in MSN search listings. Go to MSN (see Resources), and search for your complete URL to see if it shows up in a search. Bing can find and list many sites, and you may not need to submit it to them to be listed.

Tips & Warnings
Sign up for Bing's Webmaster Tools (see Resources) for helpful tools and suggestions for improving your site's ranking in MSN search listings.
Avoid using programs or sites that automate the process of submitting a URL to MSN. Submitting your site manually will help to ensure that the information added is complete and correct and will prevent Bing from considering your submission to be spam.
