How to Remove Auctiva From eBay

Manually remove Auctiva from your eBay listings.

Auctiva is a software program designed for use with eBay, an online auction website. Auctiva works to manage your eBay auction listings, allowing you to use special tools, design templates, and date scheduling for your listing start and end dates. Once you sign up for Auctiva, each eBay listing automatically runs through the Auctiva program. When you decide that you no longer need or have use for the Auctiva software application, you must remove it manually from your eBay listings.

Instructions

1. Sign into your account through Auctiva.com, and close the account by clicking "Cancel Account" at the left side of the web page.

2. Log into your eBay account, and click the eBay listing you wish to remove Auctiva from.

3. Click "Revise Listing" and scroll down until you see "HTML description."

4. Place your cursor inside the box and press Ctrl+F simultaneously.

5. Type ASW into all of the HTML boxes, scrolling down until all HTML code is replaced with the ASW.

6. Press "Save Changes" and click on the listing again to make sure all changes have been made and the Auctiva is no longer part of the listing. Repeat for all of your current listings if the system does not automatically update your changes.
