How to Enter Safe Mode on Dell Notebooks

Safe Mode in a Dell laptop is a mode of Windows that only runs the minimum necessary set of drivers and services. When your computer is in Safe Mode, the majority of programs and drivers are unable to run--only the components needed to run Windows function. Safe Mode is used for troubleshooting and repairing system components including faulty drivers, for repairing program errors and for removing malicious software.
