How to Make a Salute Credit Card Payment Online

The Salute credit card is a second-chance credit card that allows cardholders to rebuild their credit rating. One of the most important factors affecting your credit score is your payment history. Therefore, you'll want to make timely payments to your Salute credit card account every month. Salute lets its customers make payments by mail or telephone, but it also supports online payments. You can set up your online account and make a payment within minutes. A valid checking account is required for online payments--you cannot pay your Salute credit card using a credit or debit card.

Instructions

1. Locate your Salute credit card or your most recent billing statement. You'll need your account number to register for online access.

2. Visit the official Salute website at www.mysalutecard.com. Click on "New User Sign Up" in the upper-right corner of the screen.

3. Choose a username and password. Enter your full name, email address, ZIP code, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Click "Register" to be redirected to your online account.

4. Click "Make a Payment." Follow the system prompts to enter your payment amount and bank account number. Select the payment date and and submit the online payment.
