How to Make Living Desktops

Living desktops are desktops that appear to be alive because they contain animation that creates movement. They eliminate the need for a screen saver because they make your desktop wallpaper like a permanent screen saver that is always running in the background. If you want to make a living desktop, you have to have the appropriate software with which to do so.
