How to Erase the Search History on a Mac
The Mac’s default web browser, Safari, is included with the operating system and used by the majority of Mac owners. You can erase the search history Safari stores each time you go to a website. The procedure is straightforward and will not affect the Mac’s operating system or any of the other settings that have been saved to the web browser, such as usernames or passwords. The search history cannot be restored once it has been erased, so be certain that you wish to do this before proceeding.
