How to Undelete Gmail
You can undelete Gmail email messages as long as you haven't selected "Permanently Delete" in your Gmail trash folder. Additionally, you only have 30 days to recover a deleted message. After 30 days, Gmail automatically clears the trash folder, which permanently deletes the message. According to the Gmail website, there is no way to undelete messages that you have removed from the trash folder.
