How to Get a Pokeman Blissey That has Seismic Toss
In the “Pokemon Emerald” video game for the Game Boy Advance you play as a pokemon trainer on a quest to stop the evil Team Magma and Team Aqua from taking over the world of Hoenn. Through trading you can get a pink and white Blissey pokemon, also known as the happiness pokemon, that has learned the seismic toss move. With seismic toss you can throw your opponent in the air to cause severe damage.

Get a Blissey with Seismic Toss

Find a friend willing to trade a Blissey pokemon that has the seismic toss move. Save the game and turn off your Game Boy Advance.

Connect the link cable to your Game Boy Advance and the friend’s console. Turn on both Game Boy Advances and start your saved game.

Go to a Pokemon Center in any town and then walk upstairs of the center. Have your friend go to the upstairs of a Pokemon Center at the same time.

Walk through the door in the middle of the room and select the pokemon you want to trade to the other player by pressing the “A” button. Have the other player select to trade their Blissey with seismic toss.

Save your game and a message will appear on the screen saying that the trade was successful. Press the “Start” button and then select the “Pokemon” option. Blissey with seismic toss will now be one of your pokemon.

Catch a wild Chansey in the Safari Zone by using the pokemon you have to attack Chansey until his health is low. Select the "Items" option while in the battle and then select the "Pokeball" option to catch the Chansey.

Compete in other battles using the Chansey pokemon until it evolves into a Blissey pokemon. Move down Route 114 to enter Fallarbor Town.

Move to the left of the Battle Tent. Go up to the move tutor and press the “A” button. The move tutor will tell you that he’ll teach your pokemon any move if you give him the heart scales item.
