How to Cut Foam Stamps
Available in various colors and degrees of thickness, foam is a material that accepts paint, ink and other substances readily. Foam is washable, reusable and available at craft, home improvement, discount and retail superstores. You can also cut foam into different shapes--animals, letters, circles, boxes and other shapes--to form stamps. The stamps are ideal for decorating scrapbook pages; applying a border to a room or area; and enhancing frames, books, signs, tables and other objects.
