      Warm up your elliptical trainer machine and your body by starting the machine on the lowest setting (no resistance). Remain at this setting for three minutes.

Keep track of time by looking at the time setting on your machine.

Tips & Warnings

  • Read a magazine, listen to music or watch television as you workout on your elliptical to make time fly and prevent you from getting bored.

  • Always have a bottle of water with you and hydrate throughout your workout.
