How to Hand Make a Naruto Costume
Naruto is a Japanese Manga series about a boy named Naruto Uzumaki who wants to be a top-ranking ninja. He leaves his village to get experience in the bigger world. When he returns he finds that other people he knows are promoted but he is not. Naruto enters into training with two other ninjas to form a group called "Team 7," which goes about doing work for people in the village. Creating a Naruto costume by hand is a task that requires only a few supplies.

1
Paint the orange windbreaker to match Naruto's windbreaker. The shoulders and sternum areas are blue as well as an equivalent area across the back of the windbreaker. Paint a two-inch band around the bottom edge of the windbreaker as well. Paint the front first, wait for it to dry and then paint the back of the windbreaker.
-
2
Paint two, 1-inch bands around the mid-thigh area of the right leg. Place each band about 1/2 inch away from the other.

3
Cut a strip of aluminum foil long enough to go across your forehead and wide enough to fit on the sweatband. Use a dull pencil to etch Naruto's symbol (shown clearly in the resources below) onto the tin foil.
-
4
Glue the tinfoil onto the headband using fabric glue. Wait for it to dry.
-
5
Put on the pants, jacket and place the sweatband across your forehead. Roll up the sleeves of the jacket until they are at the middle of your forearms. Roll up your pants until they are just above your ankles.
-
6
Cut the toes off a pair of blue socks. Put them on so that your toes are hanging out and roll the top of them down.
