1
Measure and mark the fabric for the first piece. This piece is 24.8 inches at the bottom, 11.4 inches at the top and 44.5 inches on each side.
-
2
Cut out the first piece. Use the first piece as a template for the next three pieces.
-
-
3
Draw two circles on your fabric. One circle is smaller and has a diameter of 11.4 inches. The larger circle has a diameter of 24.8 inches.
-
4
Draw a line down the center of the larger circle. This line is the length of your zipper.
-
5
Cut along the line. This is where you are going to place the zipper.
-
6
Pin the zipper to the fabric and then go back and sew in down. Be sure the fabric of the zipper is behind the cut.
-
7
Sew the sides of the side panels together. Make sure the stitches are on the inside of the fabric. You will end up with a tube-like shape.
-
8
Sew the smaller circle to the top of the bag and the larger circle to the bottom of the bag.
-
9
Fill the bag. You can fill the bag with as much or as little as you would like. Zip the bag and you are done.
