Instructions

    • 1

Make an outline of your wedding ceremony and menu. Allow enough time in between your events for taking pictures, wardrobe changes and mingling.

    • 2

Using Microsoft Word, choose a font and text size. Type the outline of your wedding program into the blank document. Run the spell checker to catch any grammar or spelling issues then click “Save.”

    • 3

Type your menu into a new Microsoft Word document. Run the spell checker again to catch any grammar or spelling discrepancies then click “Save.”

    • 4

Place a piece of two-sided decorative cardstock into your printer. Select “File” then “Open” and choose your saved program outline. Click “File” again and select “Print Preview.” Preview the document to double check any errors or typos.

    • 5

Click “Print” to print out the program. Continue printing out the amount of programs until you have reached your desired amount.

    • 6

Turn the cardstock on its backside and put it back into the printer. Open your saved menu document. Click “Print Preview” to make sure there are no errors and then “Print” to print the menu on the backside of the programs.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you have a printer that allows front and back printing, then choose that option when printing out your program and menu to save time.
