How to Undelete a Playlist From iTunes thumbnail
You can undelete an iTunes playlist.

Apple's iTunes allows you to create playlists of your favorite music easily and quickly. After you have listened to a playlist for a while, you may decide to delete it. If you accidentally delete the wrong playlist, or decide you want to keep it after all, you can either undelete the playlist or restore it from a backup disc.

Instructions

  1. Undelete From Menu

    • 1

      Open iTunes on your computer.

    • 2

Let the full music library load.

    • 3

Click on "Edit" in the top menu bar.

    • 4

Click on "Undo Delete..." where the ellipsis represents your playlist name. This should restore the deleted playlist, even if it was not the last file you deleted.

    Restore From Backup Disc

    • 5

      Open iTunes on your computer.

    • 6

Insert your backup disc into your computer's disc drive.

    • 7

The iTunes program will ask you if you want to restore from the disc. Click on "Restore." Assuming you backed the playlist up on this disc, the program will restore it.
