How to Activate SuddenLink
SuddenLink is a company that provides cable television service and high-speed Internet to many areas of the country. Before you can use your SuddenLink services, you will need to call and have them activated. This enables the customer support representative that you're working with to effectively turn on your services, allowing you to watch TV and browse the Internet at your leisure.

Go to the SuddenLink "Contact Us" website using your web browser (see References). Type your ZIP code into the box on the screen and select "Go." This will give you a telephone number for the local SuddenLink office in your area.

Call the SuddenLink service number for your area.

Speak to the customer support representative and tell them you need to activate your account. They will ask for your name and address (to verify your account), as well as your account number. Your account number will be in the packet of information you were given when the SuddenLink technician set up service in your home. Once you give them this information, the customer support representative will be able to activate your account.
