  • Coffee filter

      Insert a coffee filter into the brew funnel on your Bunn coffee maker.

      Fill the coffee filter with the appropriate amount of coffee grounds for the amount of coffee you want to brew. Typically, one heaping tablespoon of coffee grounds is used for one cup of coffee.

      Slide the brew funnel back into place using the funnel guides, and open the top lid once it is in place.

      Pour cold water into the top of the funnel where the lid is open. A maximum of ten cups can be poured into the funnel.

      Place the coffee decanter below the funnel on the base of the coffee maker.

      Close the lid of the funnel. This will start the flow of water through the coffee grinds and into the decanter.

Tips & Warnings

  • To keep your coffee grounds fresh, keep them in a clean and dry place.

  • Clean your decanter every day with mild dish soap and water.

  • Avoid letting the decanter sit on the brewer warmer for more than 30 minutes.

  • Make sure the decanter is in place before you close the lid on the funnel, because closing the lid releases hot water.
