2. Register with Wirenode. The Wirenode service is free for personal use and allows you to create a mobile web page using a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor. You can also host your page on Wirenode for free.

3. Use the Mobify service. Mobify has a free option that can help you with the creation of your mobile web page. Your page will be hosted for free by Mobify but will carry Mobify branding. If you'd like the option to remove Mobify's branding as well as obtain some more advanced features, you'll need to pay for a premium package.
