How to Get a Visa to Work in Indonesia
The limited-stay visa is an Indonesian visa that allows foreign nationals to work in the country. Typically, the maximum validity for a limited-stay visa is one year. If you are considering seeking employment in the country, you must apply for this visa. One of the advantages of the visa is that it is renewable, so if your employer renews your contract, you can continue to work in the country. Unlike some embassies that require applicants to apply for visas in person, you can apply for your limited-stay visa by mail.

Tips & Warnings
If you are in the United States on a B1/B2 visa, the Indonesian consular office will not process your application, as you must apply for a limited-stay visa from your home country.
Your passport must have at least one blank visa page; the Indonesian consular office may decline to process your visa if your passport does not meet this requirement.
