How to Update TurboTax 2008
Turbo Tax is an inclusive tax suit that taxpayers can use to prepare and file their taxes for the year. Turbo Tax allows a user to enter his tax information and then Turbo Tax will automatically prepare the necessary forms for the taxpayer. The taxpayer only needs to print the forms to complete his taxes. Turbo Tax allows users to manually update their software each year.

Close all programs and open the TurboTax web page (see link in the References).

Click "Download the Update."

Click "Save" then select a directory to save the file. After the file downloads, open the file.

Follow the on-screen instructions to update TurboTax.
