Instructions

    • 1

Rinse the dirty washcloths with warm tap water. Wring the cloths when you're finished. Doing so may remove any dirt or other particles stuck on the washcloths.

    • 2

Mix a 50-50 solution of white vinegar and warm tap water into a dry bucket or sink. The amounts can be eyeballed and don't need to be exact.

    • 3

Soak every dirty washcloth in the solution for 30 minutes. Soak extremely dirty washcloths for an hour.

    • 4

Remove the washcloths from the solution. Wring them all out once more. Do not rinse the washcloths, however.

    • 5

Place all of the washcloths in the washing machine with all other dirty cloths or towels. Only wash your dirty washcloths with similar items.

    • 6

Add 1 full cup of laundry detergent into the machine.

    • 7

Run one “Warm” laundry cycle. Dry the washcloths and other items inside the machine as you normally would.
