How to Install Bahama Shutters
Bahama shutters add flare to any window. These exterior shutters require basic handyman knowledge, but just about anyone can install them in a single afternoon. Bahama shutters come in a variety of colors to match your walls or brick. Does this Spark an idea?

Hold the top hinge above the window where you wish to install the shutters. Make sure it’s level and centered. Insert the fasteners in the hinge and secure it to the wall.

Attach the shutter panel to the top hinge and insert the pin. This should keep the panel in place.

Find the threaded insert on the bahama shutter panel. Screw the bahama arm into the insert.

Measure ¼ inch away from the bahama panel toward the bottom. Install the camel bracket on the wall at this location. You can install the camel bracket at the bottom of the panel, or you can install it farther up if you want the panel to swing out at a wider angle.

Put the L-shaped pin through the camel bracket and the bottom of the bahama arm.

Locate the adjustment collar screw on the sliding arm. Tighten the screw to secure the bahama panel and arm.
