How to Adjust the Samsung TV Convergence Without a Remote

Turn on your Samsung projection TV by pressing the "Power" button on the side of the unit.

Press the "Menu" button on the side of your Samsung projection TV to bring up the setup menu on screen. This "Menu" button should be near the "Power" button.

Use the arrow buttons (or the "channel up" and "channel down" buttons if yours is a unit without arrow buttons) to select "Picture" from the main menu.

Select the "Perfect Focus" convergence option from the "Picture" menu. Change the value next to "Perfect Focus" from "Off" to "On." This "Perfect Focus" mode is a feature unique to Samsung projection television sets that allows the set itself to automatically adjust and configure your convergence. You may notice a slight (or vast, depending on just how bad the convergence was) improvement in your picture quality.
