Call each company to compare cost, deposit requirements, delivery fees--and find out about a policy on refunds if you're holding an outdoor event. Make notes of all information received to refer back to.

Call to reserve your ball pit once you make your final decision on which company to use. Provide the company with your event date and time. Pay the reservation fee if it is a requirement.
